IWP V3.2 is the Latest in the Family of IWP as at the Time this Tutorial was Compiled on 5-Jan-2011.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN IWP V1.0 & V3.2
There are many Different between this Two Most Popular IWP version but i will Highlight Just the Neccessary Ones.

= IWP V3.2 Browser Faster than V1.0 and its does not Disconnect Unneccessarily like the 1.0, The Bug/Problem of 1.0 has been Fixed therefore bringing about the Creation of the Almighty V3.2

= IWP V3.2 those not need a Server hosted like the 1.0, The 1.0 has make many Nigerians to Polute the Internet and also Banned from many Free Hosting Site. etc

GET STARTED ON IWP V3.2

1. Download the IWP 3.2 Here.

After Downloading it, You must make Sure you have the Latest Version of Java Runtime 1.5 on Your PC . 

Download Java 1.5 Here now

2. Open the Download File and Unzip it, After Unzipping it, You will See Two Files.
= IndiaWebProxyv3.2.jar
= ca_web-tunnel

3. The Ca_Web_Tunnel is a Web Security Certificate, Just Double Click on it & Follow the Onscreen Instruction on How to Install it on your PC.

4. Now Open the IndiaWebProxyV3.2 and Input the Neccessary Data/Details into the Space Provided.

Webhost: >> www.mtnonline.com
Web Port: >> 8080
Username: >> ???
Password:  >> ???
Proxy URL: >> ???

You have to get your Own Username, Then You will have the Username, Password and also Proxy URL to Fill into the Above Empty Space. To get One, Contact the Site Admin.

Proxy Host: >> 10.199.212.2
Port: >> 8080
Username: >> web
Password: >> web

5. Now Click on START PROXY.

BROWSER SETTINGS FOR IWP V3.2
> For Mozilla, Internet Explorer, Opera etc, Use this IP & Port:
HTTP Proxy: 127.0.0.1
PORT: 6051

IMPORTANT NOTICE!
Thanks to my Friends who notify me about the Certificate Issue, This is very much Important. This Certifcate allow you to Open almost all Site.
This are the 2 Certificate ProxyCertificate.ser and CerAlias.ser ( will be generated automatically ) and will be Present in the Same Directory of the IndiaWebProxy.

FOLLOW THIS STEPS TO UTILIZE THE CERTIFICATE
For Mozilla: Click on Menu > Option > Encryption > View Certificate > Import.
Then Locate the ca_web-tunnel and click on Ok.
